Using a mobile phone while driving is a huge distraction, and greatly increases the risk of crashing. Drivers who use a mobile phone, whether it is hand-held or hands-free, are four times more likely to crash, injuring or killing themselves and/or other people.
This campaign highlights that looking at your phone takes your eyes off the road - and makes you blind. Drawing on the evidence base of behavioural science, the campaign materials have been developed using key principles and accepted behavioural change techniques.
